Meet Natasha Cognitive behaviour therapist
I’m a CBT counsellor and coach with over a decade of experience, passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater confidence, balance, and fulfilment. My approach is grounded in compassion and respect, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals without judgement.
Professional Journey
My journey into therapy began with a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, recognised by the NHS and GMC, alongside a qualification in Executive Coaching (ACCPH). This training allows me to combine evidence-based CBT techniques with practical coaching strategies that empower lasting change.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in business development, implementing ERP solutions for Microsoft Navision and Great Plains, and later moved into headhunting and recruitment for financial advisors. These experiences gave me valuable insight into the pressures of the corporate world, career transitions, and the impact of stress on wellbeing—knowledge I now draw upon to support clients from all walks of life.
Experience & Approach
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and major life or career changes. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process—one that honours your unique story and strengths. At Endeavour, I work within a strict ethical framework and uphold full confidentiality, professional insurance, and an up-to-date DBS check to ensure your peace of mind.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Adventure and connection are central to my life. I love exploring the outdoors with my dog and seeking out new experiences that encourage growth and reflection. Earlier in my journey, I spent time living and working in Costa Rica, supporting underprivileged children and adults—a profoundly meaningful experience that continues to shape my empathy and outlook on life.
