Peri & Menopause Support
Guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence highlights that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can be helpful in managing menopause-related symptoms such as hot flushes, sleep disturbance and anxiety. These recommendations are outlined in the NICE Guideline NG23: Menopause.
Alongside my counselling work, I also offer menopause wellbeing coaching through a separate business where I share practical CBT-informed tools and strategies to help women manage symptoms and improve wellbeing during this stage of life.
Peri & menopause coaching focuses on education, lifestyle support and practical coping strategies rather than counselling.
